We’ve been talking about partnership and collaboration in the Playground. Because of that, I’m so excited to spotlight my own business partner — Michelle Demers — in this month’s guest feature!
A collaboration created from mutual benefit!
Jean and I teamed up because her games create a daily play practice and my Clubs provide the structure and community that supports that practice. The two reinforce each other. Together we are a 1+1= 10 combo! Jean and I are also working on our own signature game together! And because we like each other, have similar values, complementary personalities and skills, and we have fun. Isn’t that what a partnership should be?
Partnership gives the opportunity to both offer and receive new resources!
Without partnering, the time and cost investment for Michelle would be too much to build audiences to the size where her business model becomes a lucrative one. By super speeding that process and creating a new income stream for her partner that they didn’t have before, Michelle says “It’s a win-win!”

Michelle Demers is the Creator and CEO of GetItDoneClubs.com – online transformational communities that provide daily accountability and coaching for people working on any goals and dreams. Michelle is an MBA and has been a business coach to coaches, consultants, speakers and service providers for 18 years. She works with other coaches and consultants to build, run, and grow their own online Get It Done! groups. Michelle is also an Infinite Possibilities Certified Coach through Tut.com. Michelle lives just outside of Boston, Massachusetts and enjoys being a doting Auntie to her 4 nephews. She also coaches youth soccer, enjoys new restaurants and karaoke, and enjoys taking her Tibetan terrier Birch for nature walks.
